1. Digital Products Only
All products sold on Resume Creator Hub are digital downloads and Canva template links.
- No physical items are shipped under any circumstances
- Download access and/or Canva template links are provided immediately after successful payment
- Products are accessible via your order confirmation page, registered email address, and/or your account’s My Downloads section
2. No Returns for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a file, download link, or Canva template access has been delivered and/or accessed. We strongly encourage you to review the product description and preview images before purchasing. If unsure, contact us at help@resumecreatorhub.com before completing your purchase.
3. When We Can Help
a) Download or Access Issue
If you cannot access your download link or Canva template after payment, contact us immediately.
b) Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us with your order number(s) and email address. We will review and process a refund for the duplicate where verified.
c) Technical Payment Error
If the product is materially different from what was shown in the preview, contact us within 7 days with details and screenshots.
d) Significantly Not as Described

To ensure the template is right for you before purchasing, please review:

- Technical requirements: a free Canva account is required to edit the template
- Intended use: templates are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased
