- No physical items are shipped under any circumstances
- Download access and/or Canva template links are provided after successful payment confirmation
- Product details, previews, and descriptions are provided for reference before purchase — please review them carefully
- Products are delivered via your order confirmation page, registered email address, and/or your account downloads section
3. Canva Template Access
Many of our products are delivered as Canva template links. To use them, you will need a Canva account (free or Pro). By purchasing a Canva-based template, you acknowledge that:

- Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s own Terms of Service
- We are not responsible for any downtime, feature changes, or access issues on the Canva platform
- You must not share, republish, or redistribute our Canva template links with others
4. License & Permitted Use
Unless clearly stated otherwise at the point of sale, all downloads are licensed for personal, single-user use only.
You MAY:

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and Stripe will automatically display the equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed securely through our available payment gateways as shown at checkout. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store or process card details on our servers.
6. Delivery & Access
After payment confirmation, you will receive access to your digital product via your order confirmation page, your registered email address, and/or your account’s My Downloads section. Contact us at help@resumecreatorhub.com within 7 days if you experience any access issues.
7. Refund Policy

8. No Employment Guarantee
Our templates and educational content are designed to improve the professional presentation of your resume or CV. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, salary outcomes, or visa approvals.
