1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on our website are digital downloads delivered via WooCommerce.

• No physical items are shipped

• Access is provided after successful payment

2. No Returns for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a file or access link has been delivered and/or downloaded.

3. When We Can Help (Support Cases)

Even though refunds are generally not provided for digital downloads, we will support you in these situations:

A) Download issues
If you cannot access your download, we will assist you to retrieve the file/link.

B) Duplicate purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us with your order details and we will review the request.

C) Technical error
If payment was taken but the download was not delivered due to a technical issue, we will fix access or review the case.
