What types of resume and CV templates do you offer?

Resume Creator Hub offers professionally designed, ATS-friendly resume and CV templates specifically built for the Dubai and UAE job market. Every template is fully editable in Canva using a free account.

Are your templates ATS-friendly?

Yes. Every template is designed to pass Applicant Tracking System (ATS) screening used by UAE employers on Bayt, LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, and company career portals. We use clean single or two-column layouts, standard section headings (Work Experience, Education, Skills), and text-based content that ATS software reads correctly.

Are the templates suitable for freshers and fresh graduates?

Do your templates include a cover letter design?

Yes. Once purchased, you can duplicate the template inside Canva as many times as you need and create a tailored version for each application. We recommend keeping one master version and duplicating per role.

Using Canva

Do I need a paid Canva account to edit the templates?

No. All Resume Creator Hub templates are fully editable using a free Canva account. A free account gives you everything you need to personalise, edit, download, and export your resume as PDF. No Canva Pro subscription is required.

Can I edit the template on my phone?

Yes. The Canva mobile app (iOS and Android) works fully with our templates. You can edit text, adjust sections, and download your resume directly from your phone.

What file formats can I export from Canva?

You can export your resume as PDF (recommended), PNG, JPEG, or PowerPoint directly from Canva. For UAE job applications, always send PDF unless the employer specifically requests Word format – PDF preserves your formatting exactly across all devices and email clients.

Can I print my resume from Canva?

Yes. Select “Download as PDF Print” in Canva for the highest quality print-ready file. This option gives you a high-resolution PDF that can be printed professionally or at home.

Can I change the colours and fonts in the template?

Yes. All templates are fully customisable. You can adjust text, colours, fonts, and spacing directly inside Canva to match your personal preference. We recommend keeping the layout clean and professional for UAE employers.

Purchase & Delivery

How do I receive my template after purchase?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your personal Canva template link. Click the link to open the template directly in your Canva account and start editing. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within 5 minutes.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant and fully automated. Your Canva template link is sent to your email address as soon as payment is confirmed – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No waiting, no manual processing.

What if I did not receive my template link?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there within 10 minutes of purchase, contact us at help@resumecreatorhub.com with your order number and we will resend your template link promptly.

Can I access my template again after closing the link?

Yes. Log into your account on our website under My Account > Orders to access your order and download link again at any time. We also recommend saving the Canva template link to your own Canva account by clicking “Use Template” — this saves a personal copy under your Canva profile.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe’s encrypted payment gateway. PayPal is also accepted as an alternative payment method.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of payment security certification. Resume Creator Hub does not store your card details at any point.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are displayed and charged in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). The price shown is the final price you pay.

Do you charge VAT or tax?

Resume Creator Hub is registered in the UAE (Alibalk Digital FZE LLC). As a digital goods seller below the UAE VAT registration threshold, we do not currently charge VAT. The price shown is the final price you pay.

Refunds & Support

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all sales are final once the Canva template link has been accessed. We recommend reviewing the product preview images carefully before purchasing. If you experience a genuine technical issue — for example, the template link is broken or the file does not open — contact us within 7 days of purchase at help@resumecreatorhub.com and we will resolve it promptly. What if my template is not working correctly?

If you experience any technical issues with your template, contact us at help@resumecreatorhub.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day and will resend your link or provide an alternative solution.

Do you offer custom resume design services?

Currently we offer professionally designed Canva templates for self-editing. If you need a fully custom resume written and designed for you, contact us at help@resumecreatorhub.com to discuss your requirements. We may be able to assist or direct you to an appropriate resource.
